General Assembly
The general assembly meets at least once a year. During this meeting, they need to approve the institutes’ annual activity report of the previous year and the next financial year’s budget.
The general meeting is also authorized to:
- change the organization’s articles of association,
- approve the accounts and budgets;
- and appoint and revoke general assembly members.
The general assembly consists of 41 members. A distinction is made between 6 affiliations: Flemish universities, Flemish scientific institutes, Flemish industry, Flemish employee organization representatives, Flemish industry and the Flemish government.
